While I’m always available to directly answer any questions you have this list is
a good start.

and debugging are the things I do for fun! Passion is the drive that makes me give it my all with any software project I undertake.
I would like to see myself as a lead developer or IT manager working on a large scale project with a team of excellent developers that share the principles of sharing knowledge and building well engineered applications. I would like to spend these next few years focusing on the study of software design and effective business application of software concepts.
I don’t believe there is much of a difference these days. Sure there are principles and different guidelines for each environment, but to be an effective solution provider a software engineer needs to be able to flow seamlessly between both web and windows applications.

No, I will not. I’m interested in only dealing with principles only.
